deter means trying stop someone from doing something.

When Ali's son go's out to battle every one got massacred.
Oleaginous means greasy or oily.
Pizza is Oleaginous.

Theriac is a Ointment a an ointment or other medicinal compound used as an antidote to snake venom or other poison.
When someone gets bitten by a snake you use Theriac to treat it.
